Errors

This page is made to help you out with most common errors.

General Errors

  • 404 ---> not found, product pulled or not loaded

  • 403 ---> proxy banned, temporary or permanently

  • 429 ---> proxy ratelimited, temporary most of the time

  • 501/502 ---> server error (site,not bot)

  • 400 ---> general bug not related to proxies

Amazon

  • not eligable ---> set card and adress manual or change currency

  • amazon email code error ---> select imap in task group

About You

  • no carts after restock detected ---> set quantity

  • atc error 400 ---> set quantity

  • atc error 403 ---> change proxy

  • 403 ---> proxy banned, temporary or permanently

  • 429 ---> proxy ratelimited, temporary most of the time (same for data error 429)

  • 501/502 ---> site error ---> You have to wait for update or till site get fixed

  • 418 ---> captcha needed on AY (use auto mode)

  • 400 ---> general bug not related to proxies

  • 406 ---> wrong payment method/generate new accounts

  • 418 ---> ratelimit, change proxies or use EXP mode

  • error fetching product on monitor tasks ---> change proxy

  • payment failed ---> generate new accounts

  • dummy checkout ---> always run more accounts than tasks but sometimes it can happand anyway

  • not loaded image on monitor or task ---> product is not loaded on your region

  • setting birthdate on about you ---> change dummy

Asos

  • to many failed attempts ---> restart tasks ( be sure you are able to login, and you have captcha balance and your proxies are not banned on login

  • stuck on starting ---> start tasks in batches

  • login failed ---> Session expired ---> let it run ---> switch to better quality proxy

  • only carts without checkout ---> to slow at checkout ---> try to do a test checkout. If its working everything is fine.

  • discount error ---> use uppercase example ,,ASOS" not ,,asos"

  • orders canceled ---> nothing you can do ---> Asos related issue

  • waiting for captcha ---> look at you captcha balance / change captcha provider (Capsolver/Capmonster)

Adidas

  • refreshing session--->restart tasks at first then if it did not help change proxy or generate new accounts

  • Monitor 404 ---> try change monitor mode or profuct is not found (pulleded so you have to delete it)

  • No stores within 50km ---> Change city to closest store to you

  • Init error, 403--->change proxies

  • Retrying Init---> very complex error, solutions might be clearing session,changing proxies,or generating new accounts

Zalando

  • Atc error 403 --->change proxies

  • Retrying preload 200--->verify that you have selected the good mode

  • Atc ratelimited--->verify that your accounts are cartable

  • Dummy oos--->stop and start task again

  • Plus, error--->when adding zaland plus: change proxies and restart task

  • Setting payment failed--->restart task, if you still have this error that means that account can’t be ran

  • Payment error--->restart task if you still have this error that means that account do not have payment method you have selected

  • Dummy checkout--->it can happen, unfortunately, but it's very rare

  • Checkout failed even if product is in stock--->your proxies may have ban temporarily, wait some hours or change them.

  • 422 atc error---> switch to exclusive mode
