# Create PanAIO account

### Create an account

To create an account click on the "Sign Up" button

Once you are in set your billing details and the credit card infos (Payments will be automatically charged on the card at each renewal).

To bind your panAIO account to your discord account click on the "Connect to Discord" button.

### Add a key to the account

To add a new key to your account press "Buy New License"

# FAQ

* **What is PanAIO Bot?**

PanAIO is an **A**ll **I**n **O**ne desktop bot that supports multiple sites.

* **How can I download the bot?**

Downloading our bot is very simple, just go in our discord server and go to the [**#download**](https://discord.com/channels/1051811066260246540/1088629042883874887) channel.

After downloading, unzip it in a folder on your desktop and then open the panaio file.

Login using your discord account and enjoy PanAIO.

* **What is a task?**

A task is a job, assignment of work to be done.

In simple terms it is the work you have to assign to the bot, so which product to buy specifying the size and address.\ <br>

* **What is a proxy?**

The proxy is essentially an alternate ip address that you use to avoid being banned from the site that you are botting.

(If you run only one task it is not mandatory to use a proxy)


# Windows Protection

Smart app protection is causing troubles with PanAIO, here is how to disable it.

# Create Task

To create a task you first have to make a task group. Click `ADD GROUP` and select the site you want to run in this Group, enter a name and select a [Webhook](https://docs.panaio.com/settings/webhook).\
If you want to run PAYPAL ACO select ACO = **ACTIVE** and select the paypal session.\
\
**Start Delay:** Delay after which tasks will start. For example if you start 10 tasks with 1 second of start delay it will start one task every second from the first one to the last one, please note that **start delay is in milliseconds**.

**Show account password in webhook:**\
**Not active:** it will not send the password of account in webhook.\
**Active:** It will send password of account in webhook

To create a task click the `ADD TASK` button on the top right corner.\
\
Now just fill in the various boxes depending on the site you are interested in.

* **Discount**

  This field allows you to apply your discount code at checkout
* **N. Task**

  This field allows you to create multiple tasks with the same details
* **One Checkout**

  This field will stop your task after the first successful checkout
* **Payment Method**

  This field allows you to select the payment method you prefer
* **Account**\
  This field allows you to choose between your accounts or you can choose random
* **Country**\
  This field allows you to select your country
* **Profile**\
  This field allows you to select your Profile/Profile Group
* **Currency**\
  This field allows you to select your Currency
* **Mode**\
  you can choose between the different Modes (refer to the specific site for more info)
* You can now connect account and profiles permanently so that the same account will always pick the same profile, to do so just put the account email in the profile email field

# Task management

Tips and tricks to better manage your tasks

## Select multiple tasks

Select multiple tasks may be useful to edit/start/delete only the tasks that you selected.

To do that you'll have to select multiple tasks and click on the "edit all"/"run all"/"stop all"/"delete all" button according to the action you would like to perform.

### Select by clicking

Simply select multiple tasks by clicking on 2 or more tasks.

### Select a range of tasks

Select a range by clicking on a task, then on another task by holding shift. In this way you will select all the tasks between the fisrt and the second selected.

### Select all tasks

You can select all tasks by pressing ctrl+A

### Select all tasks with same status

You can select all the tasks having the same status by double clicking on the status of the task.\
(This feature may be useful to restart only tasks having an error).

You can also select all the tasks with same mode, proxy or payment method by simply double clicking on one of those fields in a task

## In task group you can click on this status and it will show you sortings of statuses, it changes if you click on it.

## Move tasks between groups

You can move tasks from one group to another by simply selecting the tasks you want to move and drag them inside the destination group.

# Monitors and wait tasks

Monitor and wait tasks let you monitor a lot of products without using a lot of proxy usage and low ratelimit

### Setup a Monitor in your task group

If monitor mode is available within a task group, the following button will pop out in bottom of GUI

* Setup the fields:\
  \
  **Proxy** -> Indicates the proxy group that will be used for monitoring (ISPs PROXIES SUGGESTED)\
  \
  **Country** -> Indicates the country that the bot is going to monitor *\[some sites may not have this field]*\
  \
  **Webhook** -> If selected the bot will send a webhook with the restock infos if it detects a restock, if you select Disabled the bot will not send any webhook\
  \
  **Paste link/pid** -> You have to click this button to add products to the monitor. First of all you have to copy the product link and then click the button to add it. Once the product is added you will see the product image or PID inside the monitor. Clik the product image or PID to select sizes for that product<br>

Now you can use + if you want a item to match more keywords example nike+dunk,adidas+campus will match every item that has nike and dunk or adidas and campus

### Setup the tasks within a monitor

Now that you have a monitor inside the task group you need to add tasks

**Do not forget to check the ''waiting for monitor'' button (on the bottom right)**

**Monitor mode**\
This is what a monitor should look like, now you need to start the tasks and if you did everything correctly the tasks will go to the Waiting monitor... status, now you can start the monitor and when the monitor will detect a restock it will show the status Restock found and all the tasks with the waiting for monitor status will try to checkout.<br>

### **Add product to monitor quickly**

The **bolt button** in the monitor allow you to **add directly a product in the monitor while running**,\
To do that correctly, **copy the product link/PID and then click the bolt button**.\
The **product will be added** (with "any" sizes selected) to the monitor **and the tasks will start**.\
**This feature is useful for shock drops/restocks**<br>

You can always change the monitor settings without restarting the monitor, this means that if you change the webhook or if you remove a product and the monitor is running it will adapt to the changes without the need of a restart.<br>

# Edit All

Edit all tasks

This feature allows you to change parameters to multiple tasks simultaneously.

It is very useful to quickly change link, sizes, proxies or other fields.

## **Captcha Manager**

The captcha manager allows you to pre-generate captcha solutions for the sites that requires captchas (example: Kith, About You). If you have captcha solutions already generated tasks will be faster because they will directily pick a solution from the manager instead of requesting and waiting for one.

The captcha type that the manager is going to solve depends on the task group you opened the manager from (Example: if you open the capthca manager from a Kith task group, the captcha type of the manage will be "hcaptcha", if you open captcha manager from the AboutYou task group, the captha type will be recaptchaV2).

* **Autosolvers**

  The captcha manager has the 5 autosolver fields : 2captcha, AntiCaptcha, Anycaptcha, CapMonster.
* **Start**

  When you insert a rate and click start the bot will generate the captcha solutions for the requested captcha type at the rate given in the input (when you click stop the bot will stop generating solutions)
* **Spawn One / Close All**

  There are 2 buttons at the bottom of the captcha manager : the spawn one button spawns an harvester which you will have to resolve manually and the close all button closes all the harvester.

Attention: During important drops captcha solvers may be overloaded and generate a number of captcha solutions lower then the one you request or alternatively they may be slower.

## PayPal

The paypal button is now followed by the the paypal session selected for the task group

You can open as many paypal sessions as you want, so that you can use a different paypal session for different task groups.

After you pressed on "Paypal" a page will open where you can login:

The paypal session will be kept open by the bot.

When you get a Paypal checkout the process will be way faster because you are already logged in.

# Installing PanAIO extension

Step by step guide to add the panaio extension on google chrome

* **How to install PanAIO Extension?**

Installing the extension is very simple, after downloading the .zip file in the extension channel, extract it into the desktop folder and then open the section of google chrome called `Customize and Control`

All you need to do now is press the button `load unpacked`, select the folder with the file of the extension and simply confirm.

Now just open the "puzzle icon" at the top right on google chrome and bookmark your PanAIO extension.

In this section you will be able to see all your checkouts done.

Above the analytics table are fields that allow you to filter your checkouts.

`Type` → allows you to filter your checkouts based on the type, available types are fcfs, queue pass, raffle entry and sale

`Store` → allows you to filter your checkouts based on the selected store

`Country` -> allows you to filter by country

`Email` → allows you to only show checkouts made with a certain email

`SKU` → allows you to filter your checkouts through the sku entered

`Date` → allows you to filter your checkouts by the date entered

The Show/Hide private details button can be used to hide email and order number for screenshots.

### Cart Icon

The cart icon will appear on checkouts that have an external payment URL or for queue passes, when clicked this button will copy the payment url or queue pass url to clipboard

With the extend icon you can view more infos about the setup and address used when making the checkout as shown in the picture

The trash icon can be used the delete a checkout from analytics once deleted the checkout and its associated data are not recoverable anymore

# Create Profile

PanAIO profile creation

To create a profile you first have to create a profile group:

Assing a name to the group and click on the green button.

You can now start adding profiles inside the group, click on the ADD PROFILE button and the following menu will come shows up:

## Add profile fields for shipping:

* **`Full name`** → first name then last name. You can use the word "random" to have a random firstname or lastname. Using "random random" you will get a random firstname and lastname.
* **`Address` →** your address (street + street number)- if you put xxx before the address it will autojig the address
* **`Address2` →** your secondary address - if you put xxx before the address it will autojig the address
* **`City`** → your city
* **`Postcode`** → your postal/zip code
* **`Email`** → the email or the catchall domain (formal: @catchall) to which order confirmations will be sent
* **`Phone`** → your telephone number without the prefix
* **`Country`** → the country associated with your address
* **`Region` →**&#x79;ou have to put the county of your city if you live in EU, otherwise the State of your city if you live in US
* **`Advanced`→**
  * You can now specify more additional info in the same, useful for sites that require more infos like store name and vat id, or others, you can still just use the old way by just inserting additional info text if you don't need more fields
  * You can now specify a specific birthdate in profile, the bot will take this one instead of a random one if specified
  * MediaExpert and Zalando now use store name from profile for the pickup station, address2 will still work for old profiles
* Other details:
  * **`Webhook url`** -> You can insert a webhook link for the profile, all the cop that you'll make with that profile will be sent to its webhook.
  * **`Profile name`** → a name used to recognise the profile
  * **Additional info** → For example: Vat ID,You can now connect account and profiles permanently so that the same account will always pick the same profile, to do so just put the account email in the profile email field
  * **Webhook message** **option** → , you can add a custom message like a ping once a private webhook come : <@id> this is format to be pinged (id is number of your account on discord.

### Profile generator:

Select fields that you do not want it to generate by AI, or you can generate whole profile. Select quantity and press generate.

The address generator will generate real address of the selected country you can specify how many address to gen and the other profile fields, you can also specify a specif city if you want address only in that city, for the moment only EU countries are supported if you need other countries we can add them, there is also the option to generate fake address (mixing data from real addresses)

Profile webhook as higher priority then task group webhook. If a task with that profile cop, then the webhook will be sent to profile webhook and not to task group webhook.

## In the billing details section:

## What's "Profile Linking" feature?

Profile Linking Feature allows you to link a certain **account** to a certain **Profile.**<br>

## Why is it useful, and where?

It's so useful in those situations where you have to use unique data for each account (Raffles , Filling Account for sites who require Unique Information, and so on). It's very useful for some sites, for example :\
\
**- Amazon**\
**- END Launches**\
**- Footshop Raffles**\
**- Footpatrol Raffle**\
**- Size Raffle**

## Why we recommend it, and how to setup it?

This feature is extreamely useful since it allows you to bot with unique details with ease.\
\
To setup it, here its all you have to do.\
\
You have to write the **Email** of the account, in the **Profile** you want it to be **linked with**.

* Best way to understand this is through this **example**.\
  Lets say you want to join END raffle <mark style="background-color:blue;">with 20 unique profiles</mark>, and you want Bot to <mark style="background-color:blue;">fill unique information of those 20 profiles</mark>, in <mark style="background-color:yellow;">determinate accounts</mark>.\
  All you have to do is **write** the **mail of the&#x20;**<mark style="background-color:yellow;">**account/s**</mark> in the <mark style="background-color:blue;">profile/s</mark> you want to link it with.<br>
* In this way, <mark style="background-color:yellow;">every END Account will be entering in the raffle with unique infos</mark>, and with <mark style="background-color:blue;">precise infos of the Profile it got linked with</mark>.


# Add Account

First, you have to create a Account group via the `ADD GROUP`Button. Choose a name and select the site you want to add accounts for.

# Generate Accounts

Account generation in PanAIO

Since many sites require login, we introduced an automatic account generator to make your job easier.

The account generation process can be completed following 2 simple steps:

1. Create an account group
2. Create an account generator

### 1) Create an account group

The account group is the container of the accounts you'll generate. When you create an account group you only have to sepcify the site.

### 2) Create an account generator

Reach the account generator section and create a new group specifying the site you want to create accounts for.<br>

**Start Delay:** Delay after which generators will start. For example if you start 10 generators with 1 second of start delay it will start one task every second from the first one to the last one, please note that **start delay is in milliseconds**.<br>

Fill all the fields (except password if you want it to be random)

* **Profile Group:** Select the profile group from where infos to create the acconts will be taken
* **Account Group:** Select the account group (previously created) where you want to put the accounts that are going to be generated.
* **Email:** You have 2 options
  * ***Use a single gmail*** -> The bot will generate many accounts using a jigged form of that email (Orders email will always arrive to the original email). This trick may not work for some sites.
  * ***Catchall*** -> Input your catchall in the format @catchall.com, the bot will generate random emails by using your catchall.
* **No email jig:** Use this option if you do not want to jig your email that is used for generating accounts
* **Plus JIG:** With this option it will JIG email in following <user+XXX@gmail.com>
* **Dot JIG:** With this option it will JIG in following <user.r@mail.com>
* **Additional info:** You can now connect account and profiles permanently so that the same account will always pick the same profile, to do so just put the account email in the profile email field

# Account Session

### 💭 **Why generate Session ?**

On some sites that use accounts you must have a session saved for each account you use so you don't have to log in each time.

Session length depends site by site. Some may be short and last less than 30 minutes (example: LVR), others may last for days or weeks (example: Zalando).

### **🤔 How to generate session ?**

To generate sessions you have to make tasks login by simply running them.

### **🤔 How to open and check stored session**

To generate your sessions manually it's very simple, just go to the accounts section in your account group and click on the purple button.\ <br>

**When you delete a single account or an entire account group, all the account sessions associated with the accounts in the group will be deleted. So pay attention when you have the same account in 2 groups and you delete one of them.**

The proxy section allow you to buy and generate proxies from various residentials providers at retail price, these are the current prices for the proxies:

* **Oxylabs** - 4,5$
* **NetNut** - 4$
* **Packetstream** - 1$
* **Brightdata** - 4.25$
* **Iproyal** - 2$
* **ISPs** - 0,5$ = 1 IP for one day / 1,35$ = 1 IP for one month

### Buy proxies

Use the "Refresh" button to refresh the GUI and update the current proxy data usage.\
\
**For ISPs:**\
\
In the right corner you have to press on ISPs button.\
After pressing buy you can select LOCATION you want, duration (1day/1month), select how many IPs you want and after that you\
can press buy.

### Generate proxies

* Provider: Proxy provider you want to generate proxies from
* Type:
  * Static (ip stay the same for each request made by the task)
  * Rotation (ip change at each request made by the task)
* Location: Proxy location around the world
* Amount: Amount of proxies you want to generate

Clicking on the "Generate" button proxies will appear in the dedicated frame.

After the generation you can perform the following actions on your proxies by simply using the buttons on the bottom:

* Create Group: Create a proxy group with the generated proxies
* Copy: Copy the generated proxies to the clipboard
* Clear: Clear the generated proxies
* Export: Export

You can access the proxy section also from the PanAIO dashboard, in this way if you unbind your key after buying your proxies you don't have to worry, you can still access them via the dashboard but you can only buy new ones if you got an active PanAIO key


# Add Proxies

Add proxy lists in your bot

The first step is to create a proxy group by clicking on the ADD GROUP button.

# Test Proxies

## Test Proxies

This feature is used to see if your proxies are working and how fast they are. You can directly test proxies in the proxy section of PanAIO

As you can see in Image 1, the blue button allows you to select the site to test proxies with.

The tester allow you to perform the following actions:

* **Test all** the proxies (Green button) \[The bot will test all the proxies 3 by 3]
* **Delete all** the proxies in the group
* **Delete error**, allow to remove proxies that received an error response from the website you are testing on
* **Delete slower**, allow you to delete proxies that are slower then a number (in milliseconds) that you can decide

## Errors

You can encounter two types of error while testing proxies :

* **`Error` →** These are normal errors, generally it means that the website has blocked these proxies
* **`Auth Error`→** This error means that the proxy authorization info you've provided are wrong or expired

### Define PayPal sessions in settings

The bot allow you to define as many paypal sessions as you want in the settings section of the bot.

To define a new paypal session click on the "**ADD PAYPAL**" button and input a desired name.

### 1) Assign a PayPal session to a task group

For each task group that support Paypal you will be able to set the paypal session that has to be used for that group inside the group settings. This allow you to use simultaneously different paypal sessions for different task groups.

Once that the paypal session is assigned to the group, the "Paypal" button inside the group will show the name of the session between brackets.

For iDEAL payments you need to select the bunq autosolver in the task group for supported sites (Bol, MediaMarkt, CatchYourCards, Dreamland) after the solver is selected in the task group you need to run the solver once the solver is running it will automatically pay all the IDEAL links coming in that task group.

* **"PIN error, 401"** → Means the PIN you put is **wrong**. Make sure to **change it.**
* **"Approval took too long.."** → Means you **waited more than 45 seconds** to approve your login. Make sure to **retry**.


# SMS

An SMS provider is an external service that supplies phone numbers and receives one-time SMS codes for them. Use it on sites that require phone verification during account creation or similar flows, such as Amazon or GMX.

### How it works

To use an SMS provider:

1. Create an account on the provider website.
2. Add balance to the account.
3. Copy the provider API key.
4. Paste the API key into the bot.
5. Click **Check Balance** to confirm the setup works.

### Select a provider

After you add an API key, choose which providers the bot can use for SMS codes in the **SMS Provider** selector in the bottom-left corner.

You can select more than one provider. If multiple providers are selected, the bot picks one at random each time it needs an SMS code.

### SMS settings

**SMS Timeout**\
This sets the maximum time the bot waits for an SMS code. When the timeout is reached, the phone number is canceled and the provider credit is refunded.

Leave this at the default value of 2 minutes in most cases. Increase it if your provider sometimes takes longer to deliver codes.

**SMS Poll Delay**\
This controls how often each task checks the provider for a new code.

Leave it at the default value unless needed. Increase it if you request many SMS codes and want to reduce the chance of provider rate limits.

**Max SMS Price**\
This sets the maximum price the bot can pay for a single SMS.

Providers use different prices based on the site and country. Check the provider price list and set this value accordingly. This setting is optional. If left empty, the bot applies no price limit. The price is in USD.

### Common errors

* **`No SMS received`**\
  The provider did not receive an SMS for the number. This can happen occasionally. There is nothing to fix on your side. Your SMS balance is refunded.
* **`No SMS balance`**\
  Your SMS balance is too low to buy the selected number. With SMS Man, this error appears if your balance is below `$14`, because their API does not allow keys below that amount.
* **`No SMS numbers available`**\
  No numbers are available for the selected site and country within your **Max SMS Price**.
* **`Invalid provider key`**\
  The API key is invalid or expired.
* **`No SMS API key set`**\
  No API key is configured for the selected provider.
* **`SMS provider ban`**\
  The provider temporarily banned your account. The bot may show how much time is left. This usually happens if you request and discard too many numbers in a short time, or if you already have too many active numbers. Wait for the ban to end or switch providers.
* **`SMS country not supported`**\
  The provider does not support the selected country for that site.
* **`Couldn't get phone number`** or **`Invalid SMS provider response`**\
  The bot could not get a phone number and could not identify the exact cause. Common causes are low balance, an invalid key, or an unsupported country. Check your setup first. If the issue continues, contact PanAIO Support and include your bot logs.
* **`SMS provider error, XXX`** or **`timedout`**\
  The bot could not connect to the provider. This can happen because of a ban, low balance, or another provider issue. If your setup looks correct, contact PanAIO Support and include your logs.

# Quicktasks

### Quick tasks settings

A Quick Task is a feature that allows you to create and start tasks very quickly.

In the quicktask settings you can select the parameters the quicktask will have when you will generate it.

You have to set:

* **Task parameters** -> They may be different depending on the site. This are the parameters the tasks will be assigned with once you make a quick task call
* **`N. tasks`** → Number of tasks that will be genned when you'll make a quick task call
* **add to monitor quicktask** → with this feature you can now select a taskgroup in quicktask settings for each site and when clicking the add to monitor from ⁠global-success or from an add to monitor quicktask, the bot instead of creating a new task group it will just add the product to the monitor of the selected task group

To perform a quick task call you have to use the command /qt product-link as showed in the image below

* Select the default solver for the different types of captchas (In this way tasks will try to automatically solve the captchas using the solver you set)
* You can now select multiple solvers for a captcha, when selecting multiple solvers the bot will pick at random one of the select solvers when solving the captcha, you can also give more priority to some solvers by adding for example two times capsolver and one time solvnow so 2/3 of the times capsolver will be used and 1/3 solvnow will be
* You can now use AI to solve the Easy captcha mode captchas, since capsolver doesn't work properly anymore, select AI under AWS WAF captcha settings, and input your AI api key in the new AI section
* InHouse Solver for Hcaptcha solving you can use it for sites that have image selection solving like Pokemon Center and others
* Bot will now automatically click the hcaptcha checkbox this also to apply to normal manual solving

The first step is to reach the discount section inside the bot and create a new discount group.

### Zalando discounts generation

Insert the email in the "email" field and follow the procedure shown in the following steps.

* Go to Discount section.
* Create Group for Zalando discounts.
* Choose your IMAP, if you do not have IMAP already here is guide: [IMAP](/settings/imap)

* Select Proxies if you have
* Choose how many discounts you want and start generating

  * **Pickup station:** Enable it if you want your orders to be delivered to the closest pickup point of your address.
  * **Overwrite address:** If you have new address or you want to change your current one, enable it and it will put and use new address.
  * **Switch account after checkout:** *It will switch account once you made checkout, it is for using discount codes that can be used once per account.*<br>

**Additional info:**\
**- if you want to solve cloudflare captcha with external services such as 2captcha, Anticaptcha, Capmonster and capsolver you need to go to captcha settings and select them under Cloundflare captcha section. Eventually, you can also solve it manually (we reccomend to start task in small batches, to prevent laggin in this case)**\

📕 Modes:

* **Normal mode:** this mode should work better it should get less 418 errors, I suggest using this mode now, also this mode only works with monitor,you can also select quantity
* **Paypal Saver:** This mode is for saving your Paypal account to your About you account. It makes placing orders with paypal quicker.
* **Discount tester:** This mode tests your discount codes if they are working.
* **Order Fetcher:** This mode will extract all the orders from your account in the selected region. Order information will be reported into your webhook. Delays do not matter for this mode.
* **Export to csv:** with this option it will create a csv file with orders info into the panaio folder, filename will be in the format aboutyo&#x75;**`-country-taskgroupname-orders.csv`**

### 🔎 Monitor

Use this mode to monitor products with known PID (even if they're not loaded anymore)

Use this mode to monitor products with known PID (can't monitor non loaded products)

In the following example (image 4) you can see a Product pasted into monitor. As said before you can also monitor multiple product. Selected ANY size for an higher chance to caught restocks.Is suggested to run monitor with DC as you will not burn data rather than residential.

* **Fast new:** This new mode supports multi asin, you can put many asins in the format asin1,asin2,asin3 etc, offerid is ignored in this mode, this mode only takes items sold by amazon so price limit is not needed, it is experimental.

# Asos

PanAIO Asos guide

Asos module requires account, you can genearte accounts using the Account generator. (You can also run more tasks on the same account).

Address and CC are set the first time an account is run and not during its generation. We suggest to always set Override address option to set again address and CC in the used account each time you run the task.

## 📝 Task creation

* ***Country:*** Select the region you want to run
  * EU: Will create a task for each EU country
* ***Mode :*** Normal, Raffle, Manual, Orders Fetcher, Orders Cancel, Address remove, Extend session, Newsletter subscribe, Quantity mode
* ***Profile :*** Your profile group
* ***Proxy :*** ISP/DC are strongly suggested. Use proxies from the same region you are running (especially if you have problems with the login)
* ***Payment method :*** Credit Card
* **Size**: Use EU sizing for EU region, US sizing for US/CA and UK sizing for UK/CH
* **Currency:** The currency field is used to choose which currency to pay with, in some cases the currency conversion is more advantageous, so you will spend less
* **Overwrite address:** If you have new address or you want to change your current one, enable it and it will put and use new address.
* **Discount:** You can also select discount code if you have to be used on your checkouts
* **Premium Delivery:** Use this to get less chances of getting your order canceled, also with this option you have better packaging.

It is suggested to create ASOS tasks by using "EU" as country since each EU country ship to other EU countries. Running many regions increases the checkout probability.

### 📕 Modes

***Normal :*** Normal mode is more stable and safe.

***Preload :*** This mode is faster at the checkout.\
\
**Raffle :** This mode is only for making entries to raffles.

**Quantity mode:** This mode supports multi quantity checkouts\
\
**Order Fetcher Mode:** This mode will extract all the orders from your account. Order information will be reported into your webhook. Delays do not matter for this mode.

**Export to csv:** with this option it will create a csv file with orders info into the panaio folder, filename will be in the format **`asos-country-taskgroupname-orders.csv.`**

**Manual Mode:** Using this mode you have to complete the checkout manually, please note that the bot will not send cookies link, it will send email and password of the account, you will need to login and checkout with it, item will still be in cart if cart hold is enabled.\
\
**Cancel Mode:** This mode cancels all the cancelable orders in the accounts, you can also specify a pid and date filter.\
\
**Address Remove:** This mode will clear all your addresses in your account/s.

**AFTER MONITOR DETECTS RESTOCK (wait for monitor must be selected)**

* Go back to waiting monitor (Standard behaviour),
* Keep running the item, bot keeps running the restocked item without monitor in the task after the ping,
* Keep running for X, bot keeps running the restocked item without monitor in the task after the ping for a set period of time,
* Pause for X, the task will pause for a set amount of time after the ping before going to wait for monitor again

### 🔎 Monitor

The bot allows you to create a monitor for all the products you are looking for. To learn how to create a monitor within your task group check this guide.

Exp monitor mode, with this mode you can select sizes on non loaded items, I suggest running both Exp and Normal mode

## How to run

Asos restocks/drops are tipically announced on their instagram pages and they're always pretty frenetic.

* Prepare your setup as soon as you know that they are going to drop (If infos are known they will be published in out #upcoming-drops discord channel)
* Do a mix of the available modes (preload and normal mainly)
* If you already have early pids you can start your tasks immediately and let them run since the drop is random during the day
* Be ready on your phone to confirm the 3DS procedure

In some cases even approving the 3DS the payment won't be performed, this may be caused by oos during the payment procedure.\
If you have a CC that you already used on ASOS, use it, since it is possible that 3DS won't pop out

### :warning: **Status codes**

* **"Delivery error, 400"** → Means your account is full of addresses and no more ones can be added, make sure to run [**"Address remove"**](#modes) mode.
* **"Delivery error, 401"** → Means your session is expired, you can't run hyped items with this account, make sure to use account/s with alive sessions.
* **"Login failed"** | **"Lookup error, 403"** | "**Generation failed"** → Means you can't login / generate accounts , due to a block. Its about ASOS protection which is extremely strict.
* **"Token error, 403"** → Your proxies are banned, make sure to change them.
* **"Bag error, 403"** → Your proxies are banned on Cart Endpoint, make sure to change them.
* **"XXX, timedout"** | **"Token error, timedout"** | **"Starting.."**→ Your Proxies are Down or Offline, make sure to change them if expired or wait for their activation.
* **Payment Failed** → Most of the times happens because the item you are running does not have carthold, so it went OOS while checking out.

Monitor and wait tasks let you monitor a lot of products without using a lot of proxy usage and low ratelimit. [Monitors and wait tasks](/general/monitors-and-wait-tasks) this is example how to make monitor tasks. On Courir it is same you just have to use Courir products links or pids.

**Useful Info**:

* Both methods such as Monitoring and Prerunning works. Take a note that using Sizepids when Prerunning will lead to a better Performance of the Tasks.

### Suggestion

If your tasks are running and waiting for restock (retrying.. status), use high delays 10k or 20k to avoid proxy ban.

## Common issues

**Stuck at Starting** → Your proxies are probably expired, check your balance or change proxies and restart the tasks

**Retrying init/Error Requesting init** → The bot is not able to pick up some data. Just wait and restart the task.

**Login failed** → Means that the bot is not able to login, this issue could be caused by various reasons, make sure that the account credential are correct or could be a soft ban from Fnac, so change IP or wait some time to resolve this. (Run Good Resis FR to avoid this)

**Stuck at Waiting for Captcha** → Check if you set a default solver for geeTest captchas in the bort settings, if you did, check your balance on your captcha provider and add money on it if needed.

**Captcha Failed** → Captcha solution is not valid, change and run better proxies to not have captcha or just restart the task.

**Clearing Cart Failed** → Bot can't clear the item in your cart, restart the task.

Preload Error Status 403 → Bot can't perform the preload, restart the task.

**Stuck at Setting Payment** → Usually mean that the payment method you selected is not available. (Example: Paypal is not available during drops)

* **General Drops / Restocks** → Here are the way Footlocker releases their products.\

# GMX.net

Guide that refers to account creation and forwarding of gmx

To generate Account for gmx is very important to use matching proxies to the domain, like gmx.at = at proxies. Better quality of proxies results into less errors and higher ratio of successful generated accounts. You can choose different domains. Supported domains are: gmx.de, gmx.at, gmx.ch, gmx.net and mein.gmx. It uses a captcha. It supports 3 different SMS countries (CH, DE, AT). SMS country is taken from profile country, all sms providers support GMX.

## Generate Accounts

Create account group for GMX and then in account generator section create tasks for generating accounts.
